As of this week, I will not have the time. But you can download gcfscape safely from http://nemesis.thewavelength.net/?p=26 you will not need vtf editor for sound mods.
(p.s. I prefer gimp over vtfscape when making skins)

Would you be willing to take requests? I have an idea for a main menu theme mod. If you'd rather not make it, could you please tell me where I can get a safe version of GCFscape and VTFeditor?

Btw, it looks like this also replaces the grenade toss sound for insurgents. I'd prefer to keep it for security forces only, because I can't tell if it's my team or the insurgents throwing a grendade. Besides that, I enjoy this very much
