Training Grounds: If your thought is that it's a farm producing more powerful mounts, I would probably rename this to Stud Farm. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stud_farm
Market: Also a LOT of resources. Consider that you are making the market as powerful as one gold mine, one mana node and almost a well of souls. I would probably go down to +5 gold +5 mana +5 research. Don't see the logic behind how a market increases population. :)
Armoury: Would probably change this name to "Blacksmith", to make it sound less powerful as it only affects Tier 1.
Mill: +15 production is a lot. To me it seems strange that a mill sprung from haste berries would put out more production than a magma forge or a siege workshop. Would lower this to +10 or even +5.
Mess Hall: My favourite. Just love it. Would make it cheap and might even add a small happiness bonus per field of melons, like +10 or +20.
