Description
Add new mystical city upgrades, need DLC2.

Tax Bureau : +40 gold income but -100 happiness , need Gold Mine.
Training Grounds : Mounted units produced in city +15HP(same as Thoroughbred Mounts upgrade of Warlord), need Great Farm, only in living city.
Market : +10 gold +10 mana +5 research +50 population +50 dead population, need Inn.
Armoury :All Tier 1 units produced in city +1 defence , need Magma Forge.
Mill : +15 production , need Haste Berries.
Mess Hall : Tier 1 and Tier 2 Irregular units produced in city +5 HP , meed Bountiful Melons, only in living city.

税务局 : +40 金 -100满意度 , 需要金矿。
训练场 : 骑兵单位+15血(和军阀的纯种坐骑升级一样), 需要农场,亡灵城市不可造。

Hey there- don't think you are still active, but if you are, I am trying to achieve something similar to you but I am having troubles for certain upgrades despite having the structure in my domain. Did you have any issues with magma forge for example? I don't see my upgrade available and it is working for the upgrades I attached to mana node / gold mine... but all the elemental node, the great farm and the magma forge are not working on my side :(

Is this still alive? Any compatibility problems. Would love to add it, but I have so many mods that I dont want a mod to ruin my PBEM games.

you know, reading this I got confused by Training Grounds. Does it replace Thoroughbred mounts and thus everyone gets awesome cavalry? does it stack with Thooughbred Mounts and thus Manticore Riders(being the only T4 Cavalry) become ridiculously OP?

Tax Bureau: +40 gold is a bit much for just -100 happiness. Still strong enough with only +20 gold.
Training Grounds: If your thought is that it's a farm producing more powerful mounts, I would probably rename this to Stud Farm. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stud_farm
Market: Also a LOT of resources. Consider that you are making the market as powerful as one gold mine, one mana node and almost a well of souls. I would probably go down to +5 gold +5 mana +5 research. Don't see the logic behind how a market increases population. :)
Armoury: Would probably change this name to "Blacksmith", to make it sound less powerful as it only affects Tier 1.
Mill: +15 production is a lot. To me it seems strange that a mill sprung from haste berries would put out more production than a magma forge or a siege workshop. Would lower this to +10 or even +5.
Mess Hall: My favourite. Just love it. Would make it cheap and might even add a small happiness bonus per field of melons, like +10 or +20.

I'm going to assume that undead can't build the tax bureau, as they aren't affected by happiness and probably wouldn't tax their own. Could be something similar for them that decreases production instead.
