D77-TC Pelican Dropship

The D77-TC Pelican Dropship is an aircraft classification used by the UNSC Navy. It is best suited to troop deployment and the movement of heavy equipment.

The Pelican has been the UNSC's heavy lifter for a long time, and for good reason. This dropship can perform equally well in space or on planets, has room for 6 passengers, a pilot, and has magnetic locks for airlifting Warthog jeeps and even Scorpion tanks. The Pelican can also provide air support with a nose mounted chain gun and a number of heavy rocket launchers.

The Pelican is useful for rapid transport and deployment, but may not hold up to heavy anti-air fire.

To use this ship: Get into the driver's seat. To lock onto a vehicle, hover the ship over the desired vehicle (make sure you're not locking onto a turret because... rotors.) and lock the bottom of the ship onto the vehicle's body. When lifting tanks, activate the extra booster hotkeys. The ship also has an onboard gravity generator tuned to just provide artificial gravity within the hull.

This build is heavily based off of "vanilla bryce's (AKA Bryce Bryce Baby)" most recent Pelican design, updated with more detail and new parts. Go give that guy some love for his builds that inspire my own!

PS: The "Vanilla Weapons Rebalance" is optional, just HEAVILY upgrades the fire rate of the chain gun.
