Hi there!
This is in absolute my FIRST creation in cities skylines and the FIRST in blender! So, please,sorry if the model appear rough!
This is a typical italian bulding in the north of Italy, epecially in the Emilian region. Is a little house with tobacco and pastry shop under his portico.

Low Commercial 2X2
1062 Tris
LOD 88 tris

Any advice are welcome! I hope you like it!

Ok, thanks! Also, asset makers usually provide some statistics such as growable level, tris and LOD count and dimensions (e.g 3x3 zoned squares). It will attract more subscribers!

@mistahlova Maybe because I got Snowfall (steam add automatically in the description), but in fact doesn't required, would be good with only AD.
I make new photo as soon as possible!

Can you post more photos (daylight)? And why does it require snowfall?
