Mostly Standard Prison Stats on a 6x6 block, with a few small changes:
Noise Accumulation: 50
Police Car Count: 10
I was messing around when making this. and actually liked the experimental outcome, so here ya go!

is this working without the dl ? And if so why do you need dl then for that school of reflections

The result of my texture experiment on the four pillars' roofing surprised me. I had to leave it. :D
