Hard enough for the solution not to be clear at the beginning, not so hard no one can actually find it.
Updated with light and more room for placing the lasercubes.

Thanks everyone for comments and criticism, I updated the map including some of the suggestions. Make sure to check out my other 2 maps, they are more difficult and more refined!
