Pink Bob-omb

Replaces Pipe-bomb with a Pink bob-omb, includes sounds and a blue flashing light colour change that is incompatible with laser sights and anything that changes the flame on molotov's. will only work with sv_consistency at 0 if it's like the other one (no dedicated servers) I've learned a little about particle effects so I will be removing the blue eventually and uploading my own variation that includes blue laser sights as I reaaaally like blue, but the particle editor is dumb and you can't copy and paste effects together so I need to do my own .pcf.
