How do you request the NPC? Do you snapshot your own character in GTA Online and send it to Gmod?

hello this may sound raisist but... if you can could you make a blackl/african american gta playermodle... Im just asking because of the fact that i can barley find black people in playermodles and all the ones that i do find are low quality.
