Lollichop swep for DarkRP

Description
Lolipop swep for DarkRP.
Currently only works in darkrp(working to fix that)

inspired by lolichop from tf2

add to a darkrp job by adding "weapon_lollichop" to the guns on the job

check out my other swep for darkrp Money Gun
