Dark Souls - Undead Asylum

"The Asylum is the starting area for all new characters. This level is reminiscent of the tutorial level from Demon's Souls in that there are several developer messages describing the play controls. You are incarcerated like all Undead in this world, and must find your way out. Your adventure begins when a new Undead corpse is unceremoniously dumped into your cell. "

Another map extracted from the Dark Souls files, and edited to fix some few issues it had.

Parts of the map that had a destroyable wall couldn't get in because the map on the files didn't had them, which means those weren't part of the map, but actually objects on the game files.
