I've slain these before, but I've been slain by them more than I've killed them.
Basically this mod removes a hard-enemy from the game.
I'd rather this enemy be kept very rare and always drop awesome loot than remove them.
After all, the chance of great danger is supposed to exist, and your suppossed remember to flee from things that kill you quick or easy.

the only playthrough i can deal wih them in vanilla tome is taking an adventurer and investing in brawling and absorbtion otherwise DoTs force em to flee and kite...
