Suppression Visualization Fix

Allows any unit to play a standard firing animation if their weapon doesn't support the Suppression animation.

By itself this mod adds nothing to the game, but it should allow any other custom classes that use Suppression to play the standard firing animation while suppressing if their weapon does not support the Suppression animation (i.e. the Grenadier's Cannon).

Compatibility:
This mod should be generally compatible with other mods unless they replace the Suppression ability or its visualization function. I am specifically replacing the visualization function on the vanilla game ability Suppression.
