RNW Tile: North Edge

Description
- Added a flipped version that will spawn on the south edge.
- Number of land provinces: 745 (vanilla new world is roughly 670 provinces)
- Lots of mountain provinces that could spawn gold
- Tropical Theme
- Added a few "paradise" provinces
- Added a few "comet ore" provinces
- Size 18 6
- 5 Regions (trade/colonies)
- Given unique number 31 and 91 (flipped)

Doesn't show up in Launcher and doesn't seem to download either.

@AlfaMuffin Thanks, added a flipped version that can spawn on the south edge.

I realise this is an old mod, but I noticed a bug with the flipped version. The flipped version is still restricted to the north edge, where it should be the south edge

Default map is vanilla, without any map changing mods
