i think the way you made the hardpoints is a bit unreliable, bc using the dual machineguns of the top slot use up a lot more resources than it should, the twin-vulcan on the base game costs 30 payload, while the basic bulcans cost 20p for 20mm, 10p/10a for 12.7 and 20p for 30mm. Personaly, i think the better hardpoint arrangement would to replace the left with the primary hardpoints, so you can have any machinegun on the left slot, and micro-missiles/rockets on the outer-point, leaving bottom to be used as bombs and right for special weapons, such as longbows and javelins or pursuit missiles
