Stalker screamer replacement

Description
This addon is intended for playing horror maps.


This sound effect is so loud and overused on most horror maps that I had to do something to fix that. Replacing this nasty ears-breaking sound by another less annoying!

Admittedly, I've still gotten jumpscared even with this but that just makes it funnier when it does.
