Description

Makes the weaker continent bonuses less weak. Changes below.

All In: 25% more supplies from drops instead of 20%
Spy Ring: 33% extra intel instead of 25%.
To Serve Mankind: 5 supplies per rookie instead of 10.
Hidden Reserves: +15 Avenger power instead of +5.
Quid Pro Quo: Items in the black market costs 50% less instead of 33%.

I honestly can't think of a way to make To Serve Mankind or Pursuit of Knowledge any better without making them horribly broken.

This isn't WOTC compatible, that much I can assure you. However, a lot of the continent bonuses were revamped and were also made into randomized Resistance Orders, so I think this mod is pretty much obviated unless it undergoes massive changes. (No offense to the original author, I loved this during vanilla XCOM2, it's just that I think it's most likely unnecessary with WOTC.)

I don't think 'Hidden Reserves' is 'weak'. It's powerful & free Power relay itself.
15 power looks too big to me.

I have tried a couple of mods who supposedly removes bad continent bonuses. None of them worked, but this one does. It even works retroactively, so no need to restart game for the new bonuses to apply. Well done creator.
