UK High Street - Toni & Guy
I feel the workshop is missing a selection of UK high street commercial buildings, so i aim to bring a few to help you create the high street of your dreams.

Building Info:
Type : Growable
Size : 1x4 layout
Density : High Level Commercial
Level : 1

How do i spawn these assets in game?
The best way to spawn these assets is to download the Building themes mod and create a new theme (or add the building to a current theme). Alternatively the two mods below are also very helpful:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Do these assets require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. I've added the props to the required items.

Model Info:
  • 796 Polys
  • 1,738 Tris
  • 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Colour, Illumination)
  • Custom LOD (146 tris)

just adding to your workload with my wishlist, but maybe higher level shops such as Next, Wh Smith, Top Shop, River Island, FCUK, Dorothy Perkins, Burtons. For Posher Chains Fat Face, White Stuff, Jack Wills, Super Dry, All Saints, Zara. Big 4x4 lots could be Marks & SPencer. John Lewis, Debenhams, House of Fraser and Primark.

For restaurant chains no town is complete without a weatherspoons, Pizza Express, Wagamama, Yo Sushi, Prezzo, Frankie & Bennys and Bella Pasta.

How can I forget, Greggs, Pret a Manger, caffe nero and of course Costa Coffee,

Large leisure units of Cineworld/Odeon, rank bingo

Sorry rather a big list, but what ever you can add would be great.

I know I've just mentioned British chains (apart from Zara) but it's hard to avoid urban McDonalds, Subways, Pizza Hut and Star Bucks

Just want to say great work rik4000! Keep on going as I'm certain thousands of players, probably a lot of Brits, will be downloading these assets to make their own UK themed towns.

Another awesome asset. These UK themed assets look great in the game. It would be fantastic if you could produce a series of UK style farm buildings- barns, farmhouses etc that would fit with your urban assets. Also a series of seaside town assets- B&B's cheap hotels amusement arcades, fish n chip shop, gift shops, bingo hall etc. Travelodge, Travel Inn Holiday Inn hotels Indian & chinese restuarants. Fingers crossed you pick up on these suggestions
