Vipera Exploration Cruiser (Vanilla)

Description
This is my first big vanilla build.
Everything is connected together and both doors and lights are sensor activated and all rooms are airtight and contains oxygen. You can move around inside the whole ship without using your jetpack even up and down through the vertical walkways. It's possible because of a gravitational tilt in those areas.

Filetype:
This file is a world-file. if you'd rather prefer a blueprint-version then load this world-file, when you're inside the world go near the ship and hit Ctrl + B while you're looking at it. After you've done that It will take a bit of time to load in but then you should have your blueprint.
I did publish a blueprint-version of this ship... but i was too fast and deleted the original-blueprint it was published from and now I'm unable to update the blueprint-version any further with the method that i know of.....

The Hangar:
There is a Hangar on the underside of the frontpart of the ship were i've reversed the gravity inside to make the hangar more effective. I've done this to get around the problem with (the available space within the hull of the ship) vs (the space required for all the wiring).

Specifications:
- Aproximitely 21000 tons
- 333 Batteries
- 4 Large Reactors
- 24 Small Reactors
- Jump capability of just over 5000 km.
- 160 gyroscopes
- 12 cryo pods

More info. about the ship:
This is a big ship and it is slow but not too slow and it has roughly the same thrust output in all directions which makes it more maneuverable.
The ship is not ment for battle and cannot take much firepower but it can endure a little bit of damage since many exposed areas on the surface are 2 light-armor blocks thick and it has weaponsystems too, and lot's of jumpdrives to escape if needed.

The Smaller Planetary Ship:
After an update to the world i've added a smaller planetary ship that can be attached to the underside of the Cruiser. The module is fully equipt with refinery, assembler, medical bay, etc... Everything is connected together. Lights and door are sensor-activated.
The ship can run the H thrusters in 2 different modes to reserve the hydrogen. It atmospheric thrusters are capable of lifting the planetary ship on the surface. But when entering or escaping it's recommended to turn on all the H-thrusters so you don't hit the ground or become unable to escape the planet at all.

The thrust-booster:
In this world there is also a second module which can function as a thrust booster for the ship itself and the module is also capable of lifting the ship down on the surface of a planet.
The thrust-module is not required to run the ship at all and can be removed or deleted completely without any problems at all. It only has the purpose to make the ship able to fly in atmosphere.

Survival Friendly:
- The ship itself should be survival friendly.
- The Smaller Planetary ship should also be survival friendly too.
- The extra module can deplete all the hydrogentanks within a few of minutes if you fly down on a planet so its effectiveness depends of how it's used.

The Design:
When i build it i was mainly inspired from the looks of some ships from the StarTrek universe especially the klingon ships. The looks of the underside of the ship was inspired from the Jem'Hadar battle cruiser from StarTrek.
I also got a little bit of inspiration from the "Argent trade Ship" made by: Damoran

--------- Updates ----------
- Made the hangardoors controlled by sensor
- Added 2 ore detectors at the front
- Made some minor changes to the design
- Added a small secondary attachable ship (Small planetary ship)
- Added a small scoutship inside the hanger
- Made some minor changes to the interior
- Fixed all the wheel blocks not being grinded down

Shouldn't be local. It's just hard to notice, probably, because of the way you have sensors set up.
Then again, I'm also playing on the dev branch.

sean47933: Thanks for letting me know.

Just need to ask.. you sure it's not a local problem?
I checked the area and all the rooms around it including in debug mode to see if there were anything unusual and i couldn't find any problems.

However earlier when i was building this ship i've witnessed the Engine/Reactor-room suddenly being unable to pressurize itself and then later it suddenly was able to pressurize, without me having done anything to try fix the problem.

You have a pressure leak between the Refinery room and the Hangar (discovered while trying to vent the hangar with the Airlock Control script).
The 3 blocks above and to the left of the door in the below screenshot are the fix -- not entirely sure of the cause.

I have 4 gravity gens in that area and 2 of them are placed upside down and covers the hangar-area and the other two are covering the hanger-sideview areas :P

keep in mind that i've placed almost all my gravity gens in places that are hidden for a normal player. you need to use spectator mode to find the gravity-gens and see how they work together :P

So the problem I'm having is that my character is tilted at a 45-degree angle and not walking straight on the floor of the passage, this is probably because of the other gravgen.
Also, I'm wonerding how to completely flip gravity in a certain area, like you did with the hangar.

thx a lot ;) normally you'll always have 1 or more gravity-generators depending on the size of your ship and they'll be placed on a flat horisontal surface ;)

After placing those gravity-generators, I place a second gravity-generator which is placed on a vertical surface. After you've placed the second one, you'll experience that you're tilted on the surface. That's the same effect you experience inside one of my elevators.

last step is to narrow down the affected area of the vertical gravity-generator so that it only affect the area inside the elevator and done ;)

Very nice ship, unfortunately it's too awesome for my graphics processing... no, POTATO... unit to handle it well. I'm wondering how you did the gravitational tilts? They are needed for a project I'm currently working on.

Good looking ship. I have a very hard time getting my ships to look this natural and not so blocky.
