Character Pool Random Attitude

Give soldiers from the character pool a random attitude each time they are added to a campaign.

By default this mod only applies to soldiers set to have the Normal personality, so you can pick and choose. You can change which attitude to check for, or to always roll a new attitude, in the config.

This mod overrides no classes and should be safe to disable/compatible with any other mods.
