Based on this mod: [Deprecated] Painted Walls but recolored, updated to the lastest version and mixed with this other mod: add bars wall/jail panels.

This mod overrides the tileset.png file so it won't work with a mod that does the same.

It adds 5 new colored concrete walls, maching the uniforms of the inmates, and a new wall made of steel bars that doesn't block the view. The ground under the steel bar is always concrete and cannot be changed.
