Description
Nebari are blue-grey humanoids ruled over by a totalitarian regime known as The Establisment. Nebari are expected to conform and those that don't are 'stabilised' or 'mind-cleansed' for the greater good. However, there is a revolutionary front in operation on the Nebari homeworld and it's members are completely devoted to the cause. They are one of the most technologically advanced societies.
