Compound Bow Swep by The Mighty Lolrus.

I did not make this swep however i did fix the world model size and removed the BF3 callouts bow.
Another thing changed was arrow capacity size. It has been shrunk to around 20 instead of 200.
It also now runs on XBowBolts (crossbow ammo) instead of the old buggy custom arrows.

Known Bugs: Causes errors on gm_flatgrass when arrow hits grass/invisiblewall
