Just download the link and read the readme.txt file to install it manually.

Or subscribe to this workshop addon, then go to: C:/Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/common/Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/addons/workshop/657979107

You need GCFScape to open the .vpk file, extract the .vpk file and grab the .bik file and put in; C:/Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/common/Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/media

Replace the file and done!
