One thing thats also required for the achievement, is the merryweather heist, so for anybody who still hasnt got it, try doing the heist, or replaying it.

I deleted my story mode save file, copied over the fix file for the waste achievement, game dosnt see it and makes a new file that starts you playing from the start....

Ah right thanks that makes much more sense, how exactly do you add the save file to the documents? I read your other guide (found it by chance online) and it says that you can't copy and paste game files into your GTA V file in your documents so how do you suggest adding save files if it comes to that? (Asking in advance in case I may need it on another collection item achievement when I eventually get round to doing it).

Sometimes this achievement is glitchy so it may or may not unlock if you get all the waste, if it glitched then this save file will help you get the waste again because it spawns you next to them, allowing you to pick them up again. If you were able to get the achievement then you won't need this guide, hope that helps

I may be stupid, but I need a more detailed explanation. So I have done 28/31 collecting nuclear waste and then found this guide in the nick of time before getting the last two right by each other. I don't understand what you mean by save. So I went into my files and deleted all profiles there was and saved the game on 28. I put 2 points (way point and point of interest) on the remaining 2 I need to collect all 30. I'm not sure why you attached a download link? What do you mean by coping saves? This guide has confused me I need it explained in layman's terms because I'm a bit stupid ._.
