Intro
By far this has to be one of the most demanding and time consuming achievements I have ever done. This save file is intended for those whose progress for challenges/accolades/decorations have been bugged and prevent them from unlocking this achievement.
This achievement bugged 6 times during the process of making this guide which required us to start over many times. Please consider leaving a thumbs up for our pain and perserverance!
Save Location
First things first, this game does not allow you to share your online saves between accounts, therefore you must switch your game to offline mode in the main menu before loading into your safehouse. And yes, before you ask, you can unlock achievements in offline mode.

Save File - CLICK HERE[drive.google.com]

Instructions
Download the folder, unzip it, and place the folder titled "players" into this directory:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops III

Backup your own players folder before replacing it.

Before launching, right click the game in your library. Select Properties > Updates > Disable cloud syncronization for this game
You should enable this option again once you're done and have replaced this save with your backup.

On the Main Menu, select Offline Mode and then earn your campaign achievements!

Achievements
These are a list of achievements which you can unlock with this save.

Personal Decorator
Earn all campaign decorations.
To unlock this achievement, follow the instructions under No One Will Believe You and Doing Camo Right

The following decorations have been unlocked in this save:
Dedicated to Excellence, Armament Superiority, Heroic Service, Immortal Flame, Chronicler, Above and Beyond, Tried and True and Grim Reaper.
Those that remain are Master of Arms (Unlock all weapons, attachments, and camos), Legendary Service (Complete campaign on Realistic), Duty Calls (Complete all challenges) and Full Honors (Unlock all decorations).

Note: This achievement is buggy and might not unlock right away. If it didn't, save and quit your game. Exit and relaunch into your safehouse. The achievement should pop when you spawn in.

No One Will Believe You
Complete the campaign on Realistic.
Complete "Vengeance" on realistic difficulty to unlock.

"Vengeance" is the only mission not completed on Realistic in this save, and it should be the easiest mission to do as it is mostly stealth. Depending on if you have the other 3 campaign related achievements locked, they should also unlock after completing the level as it is the only way to trigger the achievement. If not unlocked already, "Blood for Blood" should also unlock as it is mission specific.

Doing Camo Right
Unlock all camos for any weapon.
Load into combat immersion, and get 1 kill with the Razorback submachine gun
NB: You CANNOT get Personal Decorator without completing this

Full Circle
Complete Campaign on Hardened, Veteran, or Realistic.

Another Side of the Story
Complete the campaign on any difficutly.

For Real This Time
Earn a gold rating in combat immersion.
Load into combat immersion, die and it should unlock on the Performance Summary screen

Curator
Earn all collectibles in the campaign.
Load into any mission, die and restart from checkpoint

Walking Encyclopedia
Earn all collectibles for any mission.

After you've finished with campaign and unlocking camos your Decorations should look like this:
Useful Information - Master of Arms
For those who are still doing this achievement the legit way, here are some tips:

Master of Arms
  • There are a total of 25 (650 kills each) primary weapons, 4 pistols (150 kills each) and 2 launchers (300 kills each), making for a combined total of 17,450 kills. The War Machine is the only launcher that does not require any kills. While grinding camos it is not necessary to trigger a checkpoint for the kills to register, if you save and quit you will be fine. If you have about 50 or less kills to get for a weapon, you're better off doing them in combat immersion as it is quicker that way.
  • The Annihilator pistol also requires kills despite not being able to equip your camos for the gun. You can check your progress on this weapon in the campaign barracks pre game lobby.
  • The Blackcell could be a little more time consuming than usual as it is a lock-on only launcher. The best place to grind these kills would be the last mission "Life", where Talons will infinitely respawn after killing the first ASP and the Wraith that comes after it. Alternatively, melee kills also count.
  • One of the best places to grind kills for camos is "Rise & Fall" as enemies will infinitely respawn, however you can only grind 2 weapons at a time in this area as there is no Mobile Armory. So after you're done with the first, plant a spike to save your progress then continue with your secondary. The only disadvantage here is that the start is relatively slow and it takes roughly 10 minutes to reach that grind area.
  • The Hypocenter would be the ideal place to grind for shotgun kills and Cyber Core kills. After the third cooling tower is shot out, do not run to throw a grenade into the tower, instead just rack up those kills but always keep your distance.
  • Another good choice would be "Life" where there are bot respawn stations near the entrance to the building, in these areas they respawn two at a time and would be a good choice to grind kills if you have both a primary and a launcher as a secondary.
  • Demon Within might be a better choice as there is a Mobile Armory & Resupply Crate in the same area. Once you come across the dire wolves, don't walk straight ahead. There are wolves infinitely respawning from the trees (if that makes any sense) to the left. This is the safest area to grind once you cleared out the first few wolves as you pretty much have zero chance of dying in this area, even if you fall off the map you should be teleported back safely without restarting from checkpoint. The Mobile Armory is at the very beginning of the sequence.
Useful Information - Combat Immersion on Realistic
In my opinion this was probably the hardest thing to do in this game. The good thing about Combat Immersion is that it is very linear, the enemy types and numbers of enemies do not change. As such, knowing exactly what comes on each wave will be a big help. But before we get into that lets talk about class setup.

This was my preferred setup for doing anything on Realistic in this game.
  • Thermal scope + DNI pretty much allows you to see through walls, Extended Mag + Fast Mag + Rapid Fire is gonna be a big help also.
  • Extended Camo, War Machine, Traversal Enhancement & Repulsor Armor are a MUST. Your lethals don't really matter, but an EMP for a tactical grenade would be a good choice.
  • Always cloak before each wave starts so you get the jump on them.
  • Hijacking Talons can be buggy, at times you would automaticlly die when you exit from one, so I just destroy them. Also keep in mind that when you switch robots to friendlies with the Control Core, it does not last forever. They will revert back to their hostile state and kill you if they are still alive.
  • If you stay in this area of the map, the enemies will not come for you here (except Talons & RAPS).

Here's a table showing what to expect from each wave:

Wave
Enemies
1
1 Sniper, 3 Soldiers
2
6 Soldiers
3
1 Warlord, 2 Talons
4
6 Robots
5
4 Talons, 3 Robots
6
1 PAWWS, 2 Cerberus
7
3 Cerberus, 4 Riot Shields, 2 Soldiers, 1 Sniper
8
6 Talons, 1 ASP-C
9
5 RAPS, 7 Robots
10
2 Warlords, 4 Talons
11
2 PAWWS, 4 Robots
12
1 Warlord, 3 Riot Shields, 4 Soldiers, 2 Snipers
13
2 Warlords, 5 Soldiers, 4 Snipers
14
3 Talons, 2 PAWWS, 1 ASP-ML
15
4 Talons, 2 PAWWS, 2 Warlords, 4 Robots
16
2 Warlords, 2 Talons, 1 ASP-ML, 2 PAWWS, 4 Robots

  • Always let Talons get around mid range, if you shoot them too early, they may fly away quickly and then shoot you while you're not looking.
  • For the most part, you can wait in the safe area for your cloak to recharge, then activate it and kill whoever you can, then get back down and let it recharge again. Rinse and Repeat. There is no time limit so take as much time as you need, patience in this mode will get you very far.
  • The ASPs will easily kill you with missiles. I found it best to attack the ASP's shields AFTER it has fired its dumb fire rockets, as its homing missiles can be easily dodged. NEVER stay stationary or hugging a wall in the safe area, your Repulsor Armor can only do so much. Most times the splash damage of just one of those rockets are enough to kill you, just keep moving and you should be fine.

  • You can also hijack an ASP-C as it has no homing missiles, so if you were to stay in cover and avoid its charged missile, it could work.
Useful Information - Challenges
These are some extra tips on the challenges, some may require direct kills others may require indirect kills. I'll also go through the best places in the campaign to complete these challenges.

Tools of the Trade
Control Core Mastery III - Use Control CyberCore abilities against 500 enemies.
Martial Core Mastery III - Use Martial CyberCore abilities against 500 enemies.
Chaos Core Mastery III - Use Chaos Core CyberCore abilities against 500 enemies.

Chances are, you'll be at least halfway done with these on your first playthrough or so. The best abilities to use for these challenges would be Mass Paralysis, Mass Weapon Lockout, Enhanced Sonic AP (against humans) or Adaptive Immolation (against robots). Pretty much anywhere is a good place for these abilities as you can target multiple enemies at once.

Fast as Lightning III - Kill 100 enemies with a follow up Rapid Strike melee attack.
Only indirect kills will count for this challenge, so in a chain of melee strikes only the second, third and fourth kill will count. Like most other challenges, this is especially easy to do in the Hypocenter grind area, but during the start of "Provocation" is also a good place. However you can easily be jumped in Hypocenter as the robots usually come in groups of 5.

Shockwave III - Knock down or kill 100 enemies using Concussive Wave.
This challenge works with direct kills, and would work in any mission where they clump up really well, "Rise & Fall" and "Hypocenter" would be a good area to get these.

Pulverized III - Pulverise 100 enemies using Overwhelming Force.
Very similar to Shockwave, "Hypocenter" is perfect for this as you're guaranteed at least 4 if you let them clump up, also these robots will not shoot you so that's one less thing to worry about.

Ready for Anything - Complete all waves of the Combat Immersion on Realistic.
Already covered in this guide.

Running the Gauntlet III - Earn a Tier 3 Rating in the Combat Immersion.
This can be done on Recruit, go for headshots and you should have a gold rating by Wave 12.

Demolition Expert III - Earn 150 kills with explosives.
War Machine spam in any mission, just find a resupply crate and you should be all set.

Swarmed III - Kill 125 enemies while they are blinded by Fireflies.
This works great on human enemies, preferably the grind area on "Rise & Fall".

Commandeered III - Kill 100 enemies using Remotely Hijacked robots.
"New World" is a good mission to get this done, you could get at least 20 kills with a Talon.

3 Laws Compliant III - Using Ravage Core, debilitate or kill 100 enemies with a volatile power core.
Indirect kills are only gonna count for this challenge, so after you grab the core just throw it at a group of enemies and it should do the trick.

Inferno III - Kill 100 enemies in the explosions from Immolated enemies.
This can also be done in "Hypocenter", as the robots clump up really well in groups as 5. Only indirect kills will count for this challenge so the bigger the group the better.

Juiced III - Debilitate 125 enemies with an electrostatic discharge.
Indirect kills only, you can do this with the electro melee strike from Chaos Core on human enemies but the electricity MUST arc to other enemies for it to count. If doing it against robots, Homing Surge or Ravage core CAN be stacked with Laws Compliant III. You can choose either "Rise & Fall" or "Hypocenter" respectively.

Does this save file unlock only campaign achievements? i don't want to end up unlocking zombies achievements by accident.

Try one of the other saves in the 'Other Saves' section and see if the number changes. Are you sure steam cloud is off and you're in offline mode? If that doesnt work I'd try deleting all saves and copying it over without it overwriting any previous saves that were there. If that doesn't work I don't know what else to say

The Decorated calling card is stuck at 9 out of 11. How do I raise it (all of the decorations were collected in the save file I downloaded so there were no decorations to pick up)?
