Description
In the marine commander interface, changes the observatory grid spot for distress beacon from 5 (default key S) to 9 (default key X). This should help guard against accidental beacons.

To be mentioned: The mod is broken.
And a mod should never have a game_setup.xml file inside.
I would be very thankful if you can fix this mod
