Everythings great, the sirens are great the skin is great but when i drive it i can not hear the driving noise

something went wrong by me , i spawn the normal car it works i spawn the Polizei car and it show as Error installing new is the answer right ?

Hmm....I went into Gmod and I spawned this car and the emergency lights do not show but the siren sound works, i have evrything for it help?
