Gulas Crosswinds was my Base-Model
All thanx go to him and his fine work. He is a pro, so the LOD and Tri-count are of course superbe.

The Game provides only one High Residential Building for 2x2 Spots on Level3 and it's one of the ugliest buildings in the game... I hate to see that all the time.
The Workshop also doesn't provide many Buildings of the same Level/Footprint, so I decided to change Gulas Commercial Building to a possible Replacer. It is smaller than Gulas Crosswinds, so you won't lose variety... only gain variety in your High Residential Areas --> see the pictures.
