Touhou - Aran's Alice Civ

Description
Extracted from my Touhou Civ Pack. A new civ that tries to be interesting and fun to play as, using Touhou characters.

The AI will not pick this civilization, so you want the AI to play this civ please select it for the AI in the Advanced Setup.

v3.0.11

Alice is a difficult civ to play. Don’t let that +75% unit production fool you, your units are super squishy. Your defense is in your numbers and your improvements. Alice suffers the most from RNG starting locations, so be prepared for the worst. If you do find a nice patch of forest however, she will become a powerhouse. Her special doll houses give her a food and defense boost and her lumber mills give you the economy you need for fielding your large defensive army. Having these defensive positions is key to surviving in the early game.

Once you get to Machinery, oh boy! Your doll houses are now fertilizer farms on forests. Your lumber mills are now on par with Scientific Theory lumber mills, giving you the production you need to start pumping out endless amounts of troops. With your economy strong, it is time to get Gunpowder. This unlocks the powerful Doll-Part Arsenal. This building gives your units bonus recovery and bonuses against cities and fortified units. Now your units can survive for a bit longer and strike with a bonus instead of a penalty against cities! With your lumber mills building and funding your massive army, and your arsenal equipping your troops, it is time to completely swarm your opponents. Adopt Honor and Autocracy and let your doll legions conquer the world. For every doll you break, two more will appear in its place, and cauterizing it only makes them angrier.

An improvement built on forest tiles, it acts like a trading post, farm, fort, and lumber mill all at once, but grants those resources depending on who controls it. Doll units receive a bonus to defense and healing if moved onto the improvement, regardless of whether it is pillaged or not. It produces +1 food for Alice, while other civilizations get +4 gold for the ‘distasteful’ selling of doll parts. After Machinery, it generates an additional +1 food and culture. Finally, it produces +1 production for everybody after Industrialization. Also collects any resource underneath it. Is constructible from the get go.

Really good civ to play, if we can improve new unique building for Doll Lumber Mill and it will be good.

Always nice to have more 2hou civs. Alice is fun to play and is fairly well balanced imo. Thanks for the mod

@MS-06S
Oops, forgot to add that into the description, thanks!
This is only for land units, so ships and air units are at normal strength and produce at the normal rate.

With the weaker unit strength does that apply to things like Cruise Missiles and nukes?
