Well duh! Why would you shoot it this thing with a laser when you could pull it into your cargo hold and open it with bolt cutters

I compared the zipped 4.00 offline package files with the latest 4.10 files, and they are identical, so the 4.10 didn't cause any change to downloaded workshop files.

You should check your installation, or remove some newly installed mods and see if things start to work again.

Get a Steam copy :)

Just my luck lol, I really needed the darn lockbox thing mostly I have yet to find a good way to locate those darn things and I need the engine parts and coolant. :/
