After more than two weeks mailing with Steam back and forth I've come to the conclusion: Updating the mod is impossible. I'll just publish the update as another MOD, I'll post the link here!

inzen, orcs is a great game, i have access to beta of Unchained, but i still love OMD2, its a shame that people dont play anymore tho :( if anyone wants to co-op with me, add me as a friend

Awesome mod, thanks, very fun to use. I found that the with the blade staff thingy was still using mana though. Other than that it was great and fun to use

So it seems Steam screwed up the OMD2 Mod Tool and it doesn't work for updating mods anymore, already contacted them about it!
