a hybrid rig (experimental)

Description
valve standard rig_biped_simple with additional FK controls and lagless fingers.

meant to help transitioning between forward and inverse kinematics. actually to not need to switch.

known bug or just the way it works is that you have to lock the hand or feet bones to the world while animating to be able to make walikng, crouching or similar animations that need the bones stick somewhere. the default behaviour is that the origin of those bones and the elbows and knees are controlled by the fk rotation helpers thru parenting. making the forward kinematics atleast for the shoulders and thighs possible.

if you find other glitches that are not common with the arm or leg constraints feel free to post them. but... this rig is and stays experimental. there's not much to fix.

- added lagless finger code
- reparented knee pole constraint
- fixed some things and laglessed some leftovers

@QueenOfPirates25 sry. i dunno what skeleton the authors of those models used. this rig is currently only compatible with the valve standard hierarchy.

How do you use the ik controls? it looks like there are just fk on it.

@MadSnek not sure what you mean. why would you need an ik pelvis? what would the ik target be? this does not really work with the 2 chain ik. i would understand if you'd ask me for a different hierarchy like a belly root skeleton rework. ik for the pelvis alone is not very useful imho. so... i think i won't add that. thx tho. glad you like it. :)

The pelvis, its FK. Is it possible to make it IK?
