Chained Wheels use lil over double the fuel milage though

Original Truck from Sketchup and Reworked by Rock and Myself
Original Coding from Rock an Reworked By ThunderDuck and Ryu
Tires default from Sketchup, Logging from Rock, Chained from Oovee

Oh and with mudrunner out now after they do a few more fixes but the other projects on my desk should be back on track again like the deuce remake an so on :D

as a matter of fact it is in the process of bein moved to mudrunner!! :D am havin issues with the tires so its a lil snag but it WILL be enroute
