Natural Texture Mod Reloaded

Description
An update of dammit nermal's Natural Texture Mod.
I am a contributor to this mod and have updated it to support Prison Architect Update 5...

ADDED - Water Boiler (retextured the stock boiler and added it to the mod.)
ADDED - Hot Water Pipes (Colored Red)
ADDED - Black uniforms for guards and chief!
ADDED - Some of my own textures and replaced a few from the original mod.
ADDED - Black CCTV Cameras with a red dot placed on the front of the camera (the dot is the direction it is facing)
CHANGED - Small Pipes and Large Pipe are colored silver to easily distinguish hot and cold pipes.
FIXED - Invisible Guard Tower issue from the original mod, Guard Tower now shows up perfectly!

Add inmates textures also, since now they look all goofy compared to the rest of the game.

I'm not fond of the way Steam lists mods. They need a better way of handling new mods. I have only 2 mods, This one and the Americanized one, but if I come up with a good idea I might try it again. Glad you like this one :)
