Donna Burke Launcher Sounds

As requested here. Replaces all RPG and AT4 firing sounds with Donna Burke's WHOOOAAHH HOOOOOAAHHHHH as performed for Sins of the Father in MGSV.
Couldn't decide if I wanted to have just the vocals or include the music, so I compromised and have the music leveling vary by perspective. Turned out nicely, I think.
