Functional Monitor and Webcam

This basically combines my security camera and monitor UGC to make a much more functional monitor. However, you have to use the monitor as a camera as the monitor displays what the last placed monitor sees(like a mirror). So if you want to make a monitor display a different location of the park you would first place a monitor that will display it and then place the monitor you want to use as a camera at the other location in your park(I suggest hiding it in a wall).
