This design is based off of the BM Katyusha. I was unable to have the rocket launcher placed behind the driver, so it appears more like a tank but I assure you, it is a cheap rocket truck meant to swarm the enemy.

Description: The famous BM-13 (Боевая Mашина, Boyevaya Mashina, "Combat Vehicle") "Katyusha" (Катю́ша) was a rocket launcher developed by the Soviet Union. The Katyusha recieved an infamous reputation for German soldiers, who called it Stalin's Organ (Stalinorgel), for it's appearence of a church organ and the sound of it's rocket motors. While regular artillery and mortars could fire off significantly more rounds in the same amount of time as the Katyusha, artillery was less mobile making them more suseptible to counter-battery fire. Also, the shock value of a battery of Katyushas is significantly more than that of regular artillery.
The vehicle was designed in 1939 after prototypes with differed mounting configurations were tested with older truck variations. During testing of these vehicles, it was found that a salvo of rockets could completely straddle a target at a range of 5,500 meters (3.4 miles). This countered the fact that it took 50 minutes to reload the 24 round capacity of the Katyusha.
At the start of the war in 1940, only 40 Katyushas were built. The outsanding sucess and shock of the Katyushas meant that mass production of the vehicles was approved and the developement of more variations of the machines proceeded. The Katyusha was extremely cheap and could easily be manufactured in light factories that did not have the ability to create conventional artillery parts, and the ZiS-6 truck it was mounted on could also be manufactured in similar factories.
Multiple variations of the rockets were mounted on a variety of vehicles, including the KV-1, multiple lend-lease vehicles from the British, Canadian, and U.S. One of these in particular, the Studebaker US6, 2.5 ton truck was considered so good that it became the GAU's (Главное артиллерийское управление,Glavnoye artilleriyskoye upravleniye, main missile and artillery directorate of Russia) standard rocket truck by 1943.

Cool Stats:

Caliber: 82mm, 132mm, 300mm

RoF: 24 rockets every 50 minutes.

Speed: Varies depeding on vehicle.

Armor: none

Penetration: It's artillery. It doesn't need to pen.
