Of course and always after a Great Empire theirs always some guys who want the same thing so they restore a somewhat same Empire... and they fell, again... Nevertheless they tried to restore the First Galactic Humanum Empire
, since most of the Imperials fleet were at Lorus: Capital of this Empire they just needed to convert these military ships in cargo to establish supplie lines at least in the tiny sector of Lorus ( 6 solar systems).
After this they grew up estableshing a good economie and navy. They went in a full scale war against the Human insurgence and won 30% of the territory. Then an other full scale war against the Quasarts and won, again.
With more territory and the Quasarts as puppets they planned a war against the Krigans but these attacked first and finished the work.
