Pirates independant confederancy

After the collapse of the First Galactic Human Empire many worlds were now isolated with out any support or military. Pirates and scavengers saw their oppurtunity to strike these worlds, taking the manufacturning and financial sectors. As such the Pirates formed a full aliance and became independent and rich. They were then, contracted by the other factions to declar war or stole the wealth of others. They were extremely rich and the Trantor Empire seized their oppurtunity. Llater the pirate sector was given to the United Kalgan Federation (Third Trantor war).
