Hm.... If you look at the pictures, you see that my fps does not show hardly any drop. Yet everyones's rig is different. Sorry about that.
Ok on the falling through the stairs. I probably have to raise the dirt under neath or something. If you go for the castle, Desdemona, be prepared to fight. When you approach you have to hurry and save your horse from the shades, otherwise he can end up anywhere in the area. It once took me 3 hours to find him. haha. Spiderwick is my favorite that my character uses all the time, and although it is adoption friendly, Desdemona is the one that can hold followers.
Sorry to hear about the stairs. I will check to make sure there is nothing wrong there. It could just be a fluke. Or Skyrim itself. I remember in the Dragonborn dlc when you get the house on the island, sometime you would fall threw the floor upon entering.

Sorry about that. I do not know where you live, nor did I know that was the name of your property. I chose the name because it fit the house. I do not appreciate your name calling though, and your language is uncalled for, especially to someone of my age.
