Sadly, this mod while amazing, is laggy as all hell; even on a mindblowingly powerful system. I know you can't really do a lot about it too, so nothing's on you AZH.

If it doesn't "work", you probably doing it wrong. I believe this is an addon for base building, so in order to get them, you need to be in specific gamemodes (like Brain VS Brain).

If you want to find a blue one, than see the "Tiberium" in menu (when you design a base) (also my eng is awful)
