Description
Aquatic starts are vastly superior on most worlds/planets. So this pack converts 4 Civ: BERT sponsors who normally make planetfall on land.

These 4 sponsors: Slavic Federation, Brasilia, Polystralia and Kavithan Protectorate in addition to the two aquatic sponsors in BERT The Chungsu and NSA make 6 aquatic and 6 land start sponsors for a better balanced game on water maps.

(BTW yes, it would be simpler to have a "Aquatic start" option in the Advanced setup screen but none of us know how to program that yet)
