Also Howards Civ:BE mods are not on the same page as the Civ 5 Mods, had to google espacialy for his BE mods. Seems i can't link here so you'll have to google yourself if you want to see them.

But either way, no this mod is not an upload of his mod, nor is it based on any of his code, the only things contained in this mod are a direct copy-paste of 2 of the original Beyond Earth UI files where I changed a few numbers so not the 64x64 icons are loaded but the 45x45 versions instead and a new background image file that I also created myself, by downscaling the original image file contained in the game itself (And of course the file that tells the game what to do if this mod is loaded as dlc and not through the mod menu - which is just a simple system-file with no actual coding going on).
