Description
When you are an evil dictator ruling across a world full of robotocized animals, do it in style with this dastardly eyes and stache combo!

Important Note: NOT Paintable.
I wanted to keep as evil of a feel as possible, so I opted for Self-illumination on the eyes instead of paint.
Because lets be honest, lime green eyes don't look that evil.
