Zombie Dismissal Fix

Description
Zombies can now be dismissed (suicide).

This is an optimized version of Psi Reanimation mod, found here:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=649641291

Difference:

No changes are done to soldier skills, you have to mod PSI Reanimation (the skill) yourself or with another mod.

Should also have somewhat better compatibility with other mods (few overrides).

2016-07-25 This mod was converted to OnPostTemplatesCreated.

Untested, need reports if this is already fixed or not without the mod.

We know that, but mods not marked compatible often enough just happen to work without issue that we get a bit optimistic in the absence of any evidence.

This mod appears not to be compatible with WotC - I managed to trace a crash-to-desktop back to having it enabled.

so with this mod, how would one add further ajustments so when you dismiss (Suicide) a zombie, it doesnt count againt you? Because as soon as you dismiss one, the system counts that as a lost teammate and screws with a flawless mission rating.

The original mod this optimizes no longer exists, so I'm not quite sure what it does nor how to mod Psi Reanimation. Can you give me some hints?

Theres no point in picking this or psi reanim pick the original one only
