I'll come back and finish this someday guys. Yes, the first level is bugged. It's uncompleted. This was a proof of concept. I'll gladly accept help from hackers who want to work with me on completing this :)

The first zone is bugged

Sonic 3 is prohibitively difficult to develop for, first of all. Second, you're suggesting a name and throwing random other featutes in. This is no longer a comment on this mod, but it IS a suggestion that I make your own mod for you. If you would like to learn to make your own, I would suggest looking up "SSRG" in your preferred search engine!

Finally, the Sonic modding / hacking community is exceedingly toxic, and I quit modding these games after 20 years in their community as of last year. This mod will remain an unfinished proof of concept. Anyone who wishes to finish it and can prove their competency to me is welcome to contact me about doing so.

i think it could be a sonic 3 mod called Sonic 3 Plus adding Knuckles Mighty and Ray a Encore Mode and challenges new level design for Encore Mode

I'm finishing it now, actually. Release should be sometime this month. Thanks for your support!
