Streets of Rage 2 Syndicate Wars beta - Free for All

Enemies have faster attacks and attack each other.
All characters, including enemies and bosses, were tweaked to be balanced against each other. This also means you are no longer in great disadvantage if you decide to play with one of the enemies or bosses.
There is a particular 2 players team which is overpowered though. Can you find out which team?
