Seesaw Bridge

Description
As seen in the first episode of my Crazy Machines 3 tutorial series.

The seesaw bridge designed to be used in conjunction with a balloon and rope to allow an object to cross from left to right. Additionally, collision with the oil barrel underneath will trigger an explosion, destroying the bridge (this can optionally be wired up to accept only a specific object collision)

The bridge will output a signal, if such a collision occurs.
