Generic: park map sign [WoodenCode] BugFix

Description
Tis is a total bug fied remake of the original. I had to delete the original and fix the Peeps disappering bug. I also did some minor improvements to make it look better I hope you like it.

This is a workign park map sign it will create a park map of your park and ill change when you build your park. I'm also working on a version for all ingame themes, this one is "Generic" but ther is also:

Dave Insurgent : You should install unity and a 3d modeling programm like "blender" (free) There should be a tutorial on the RCTW forum
