Why is there no L2, L3, L4 or L5 or L20xy version?
This is on purpose, subsribe to this one and clone the Levels you need using the Building Themes Mod by Boformer. I will provide a Theme with cloned versions at some point, eg if there are enough buildings.

-growable (of course)
-custombuilding, model and textures done by myself
-3x2 Level 1 high residential corner building
-1910 triangles (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 1024² each)
-47 triangles LOD (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 256² each)
